This balance is due in tandem with signed contract. In the event of a postponement or cancellation of this event, the deposit is non-refundable. I take the utmost care in the services I offer, however, if for any reason, including mechanical failure, human error, or even by negligence by myself or a second shooter, the video fails to fulfill the contract agreement, liability to maximum will be a refund of the deposit only. Film must be paid for in full before the day of the event. Chase Lyons Videography reserves the right to use the video footage for promotional purposes.
